New Revolut on e/os (Fairphone) information

An update on the Revolut not working issue: The team has a fix in place but it will not be available in v3.0 but in the subsequent builds.
Also the fix would work on devices with locked bootloaders only. As part of its checks, Revolut sees a unlocked bootloader and assumes a custom ROM a locked bootloader is a requirement.

Maybe not the outcome which is perfect for everyone but it is what it is
