Nexcloud Talk is not showing bubbles/ icons alerts in front screen

Hi Forum members,
On my gs290 and my wife’s Faiphone we have e foundation murena installed and nextcloud and nextcloud Talk. When sending messages within talk, the messages do not pop up on the main screen or as a bubble within the talk icon. We have the bubble settinsg enabled, so what can be the problem?

Did you see the other posts regarding Nextcloud Talk, for example here: Nextcloud Talk app in App Lounge does not support push notifications?
I am not entirely sure whether you have the same issue, but it could be that you have no notifications at all from Nextcloud Talk if you installed it from AppLounge.
