No notification from the Adecco Medical application

Hello,
Excuse me if my English is not very clear. I use a translate app.
I have a refurbished Samsung Galaxi S8 purchassed with /e/ installed on it. I have an app to work with a temp agency. I’m not getting any nitifications. I have enabled notifications in the settings. I was advised to install Firefoxe. Because Brother might block. But no change. Tha application’s technical support tells mether’s no solution on their side. Do you have any advice?

did you enable cloud messaging and registred the device in → settings → system → advanced → microG settings ?

Hello,
Thank for the link. I have read the discussion. I disable the battery manager. I’ll see if it makes a difference. I don’t found any other clues apart from the MicroG settings.
