Hi, just yesterday I started having problems syncing the notes I edited on my phone using the Notes app—they weren’t syncing with the cloud or my computer. An error message appears, and the notes on my phone have a pair of circular arrows next to them.
Here’s the solution that worked for me after trying out a lot of different settings on my phone.
After Softer’s remark about having a2f enabled, I tested that it doesn’t work if it’s active; this solution doesn’t work with a2f enabled.
- I open the account manager and click on the account itself, where the blue arrow is

Then I click on the gear icon (marked with an arrow)

Finally, I click “Re-authenticate” and complete the process
The issue arose for me and was also resolved with the official v3.5 release. I just installed the official v3.6 release on FP4, and it’s still working fine.
