so i was trying the web installer, i’m stuck on the bootloader screen i get

If you are using Windows, the most frequent problem is that Windows has not installed the “full set” of drivers, please read this fully [Solved] Windows does not see my phone in Fastboot mode.

As a new user you may not be able to reply till 40 to 60 minutes has elapsed but perhaps check one or two threads with hashtag eosinstaller and cmf-phone-1 as much of the advice gets repeated.
