I reinstalled /e/OS on my OpenPlus 3 today. I experienced the same problem as described here. I could not boot into recovery with recovery-e-2.2-r-20240719418592-dev-oneplus3.img. I had to install recovery-e-1.21-r-20240323388943-dev-oneplus3.img and from there install e-2.2-r-20240719418592-dev-oneplus3.zip. Maybe this could be suggested in the documentation?
