there’s already a topic in french which describes the problem well… but only in french and as - what a pity! - not everyone is able to communicate in french here’s an english version of it (with slightly more infos).
Other than pointed out in the mentioned thread I can open/make new onlyoffice-file. But as for now that’s only possible using the referring tiles from startmenu.
I found no way to open existing onlyoffice-files right now.
This has sideeffects on public shared onlyoffice-files as they can’t be opened and edited (both permissions given) directly on the server (hence no online-collaboration possible) anymore. Errormessage is something like “the referring plugin isn’t available”.
Thus you can only download them.
Maybe this problem relates to onlyoffice-entries being not present at pulldown-menu/new-menu
Does someone know more about that?

,but I do use muerna.io and hence can’t access anything else than just my account, no admin-account available, plus no option to work with commandline.
Ummm… and as I don’t have that I can reassure you that I, personally, haven’t been running any update nor do I know if that happend at all (and when).
All I know is that it was working 5 days ago (when I last accessed the files and I didn’t change anything on/in the files).
So it might be due to a recent update or such. But this is only guessing.
NB there’s a “solution” available for the french thread I was applying above… but it only describes what I have written in my initial posting

ummm… dunno what happend but right now it’s working again as intended and as before.
So online-collaboration is working again as well as opening existing files in onlyoffice.
Problem solved, I guess.
