Phone numbers invisible in Murena Contacts web view

Very similar to this topic, but that one does not contain a solution for my case.

I previously imported a .vcf file with my contacts from Google Contacts, and they are working perfectly on my phone (all contact info that was present was imported, including phone numbers). However in the web view, phone numbers are not shown. I know that phone numbers are in the data that is used in the web view, because if I use the option to Download a contact as .vcf, the phone number is listed under TEL;TYPE=CELL:. If I go to edit a contact, and click + Add more info, there is a blue icon for Phone. However, clicking that option does nothing at all except close the menu.

I would really like to be able to view phone numbers in the web view, as it makes it much easier to share contact phone numbers when needed. Thanks.

I am on Manjaro Linux. I tried on Firefox and Brave, including private modes.

have you seen this thread?

I am seeing the same issue. Have just imported my contacts via a vcf containing 500+ version 3.0 entries and none of the numbers are showing in my web browser. Is there a fix in the pipeline?

imo yes, the contacts web plugin will get an update - Update contacts to 8.1.0 (#17) · Issues · e / infra / ecloud / nextcloud-apps / contacts · GitLab and the fix is in there. But could be weeks.

Converting vcf 3.0 to 4.0 beforehand could be a workaround until then
