My Murena Teracube 2e, running e OS v.022, is running out of battery after 10 hours, and if I touch the fingerprint reader, it feels very hot. I also have trouble adding my provider’s APN.

e-0.22-r is from 3/2022. There have been at least 25 updates / upgrades since then. This month version IMG-e-2.3-s ‘stable’ is to be released. Why haven’t you updated in over two years?
I’m wondering if .22 is a typo and they meant 2.20
My apologies, it is version 2.2-s-20240715417774-s I forgot about the other issue, in that it doesn’t ring properly. The sound is very intermittent, to the point I have to leave the phone on vibrate, so I can tell the phone is ringing. Otherwise, the speaker works fine.
Haven’t heard anything in a month and a half. Anyway, the latest updates seem to have fixed the overheating issue, however, when on hold with a phone call, audio breaks up, and I get a ticking sound. Same happens when the phone rings.
