Photos not Syncing

The Photos App isn’t syncing despite the sync Photos option being active.

Can’t click on the “Your Topic is Similar to…” options… so what’s the point of having that there?!

I also searched for “photos” and “sync” and nothing showed up. So I fell like I’m getting gaslighted by your interface

For your information, this has been a long-time issue that keeps coming back from time to time (which is the case with the latest /e/OS update):

I’m not on E OS but use murena cloud. For what it’s worth I gave up on the nextcloud app for syncing - which had repeated issues - and just use Foldersync from google play. Works a charm.
