Plexus - Apps working/not working on degoogled devices

The question if a particular (closed-source) app is working on an /e/phone is key to many users.
The lists that we have jointly filled over several months ( Apps that work or do not work with microG) is a really helpful tool - although it is likely not complete at all.
There is another pretty similar project that I came across recently and I just wanted to share its existence:

I’ll bump this as Plexus v2 has just been released, this time as an app.

I’m in no position to recommend this or not, just flagging it as available.

Or watch here if you’d like to avoid YouTube/Google: Plexus 2.0: Find Apps That Work on Custom ROMs (with Your Help!) - TILvids

Be careful with the F-Droid Release as he mentions in the video that it is an older version. App Lounge offered me this version to install.

How is that different from Sapio?

Thanks @MaMaTT88 , I was not aware of Sapio. Gave it a quick test and seems to work. I guess the only difference is that Plexus has a web UI while Sapio doesn’t? I’m still new to both of them…

I didnt’t know about Plexus so we both learned something today

plexus v1 disadvantage was the missing api, while sapio has one, though as said, no web frontend. Now it’s easier to recommend plexus.

plexus v2 and sapio both do not offer a dump of all submissions under a friendly data license.
