OK @Carlos. I never installed this exe, I don’t use Wind**s, so I don’t know how it works. Usually this kind of programs give the result on screen, as you said.
I’m out of options. 
I just checked how the command works on linux and doesn’t has the -hashfile option so I’m blind about it.

Can anyone help me for oneplus 5T device. I followed steps now it has \e\ ROM but its not rooted. Can I know how to root device or I did something wrong ?

/e/OS is a non rooted system, if some of your apps need root permission, you can obtain it using « magisk », (flash the zip with TWRP)
