When opening an specific app that You set up screen should go black and white (in reading mode)
I think that this is a nice feauture even for tablets , some times i read from my device but have to manually set the reading mode

Although it would be nice if e/OS could do that natively, note that Tasker can do that easily and much much more! It is really worth paying for the full version. I have it and can automate many things without waiting for e/OS to implement them.
