Restore backup from LineageOS

So now I’m here, without a clue how am I supposed to restore my data from seedvault backup.

In settings I looked stuff up, tried ‘restore backup’ option, but it says ‘no suitable backups found at given location’.

SedVault is present in the /e/OS ROM , but is not available from the UI of the phone. You will need to use another way of starting SeedVault to restore your data: Some possibilities

• using adb o a connected computer - see this forum post
• using Activity Launcher app from F-Droid
• using Activity Manager app from F-Droid
