Roaming, recent change, mobile data problem, carrier says all OK; /e/OS the cause?

When abroad I cannot connect anymore to internet providers (roaming in the Netherlands is no problem). Until recently this problem did not occur on this phone.

Normal phone calls and sms are okay.

My Dutch provider could not find any problems with my acount.

Could it be that /e/Os causes this issue?
I tried every possible option in the settings, except reinstalling /e/Os.

Easy once you know how to fix it.
