This device was supported in LineageOS until v. 14.1 (Android 7.1.2). It’s not maintained anymore and the LineageOS d2tmo page suggests to build it and has a link to a build guide.
This particular model was compatible with T-Mobile (USA) and Videotron (Canada) bands.
