Well, since I can’t see any installation instructions for this /e/ OS ‘Q’ online yet, I suggest you take a good look at this description before it disappears from the scene, because LineageOS has stopped supporting it:

I was thinking of buying this device second-hand and installing /e/ but with Lineage OS unsupported since more than a year, and /e/ security updates being reliant on Lineage, it’s probably not a good idea.
