The s8 files will be available for download only after the release of v2.5. The release should happen in the first half of November.

The reason is the recent outage. S8 users who need image need to be patient

The new /e/OS 2.5 has been released since November 12th.

s8/s8+ OS OTA build has not been released with v2.5 as there is an issue with NFC payments feature not working

And that older files are not available has still to do with the outage, as stated before
