Screen not disabled during calls

I’m having trouble with my Murena One screen & touch screen staying active during calls, for example I cut calls off, find I’ve turned the torch on or set power saving mode. I see from the thread that there should be a proximity sensor locking the screen when it is held to my face:

Is there any way to verify the sensor is working or is there a setting somewhere I’ve missed?

No answers??? I’m having the same problems. Anybody who can tell us, if we are missing a respective setting somewhere? If not I would post this as a feature request, although I’d regard this a s a bug.

Was this threat moved somewhere else? Can we get a reply pls?
