Being in IT myself I totally know that stuff happens and things take time to resolve. However, what is more important in such a case is proper communication. I must not have to dig through a community post to learn the status. Very regular updates on Update on murena.io service outage (not just every 1 or 2 days) it something that is very doable, also in stress situations. When deadlines have been communicated and can’t be met for whatever good reason, be proactive and tell us and do not leave us in the dark. Thx. Good luck with the technical resolution.
