Easy installer - "continue" button not visible

At this point there is no continue button by design because the installer should automatically detect when the phone is ready in Fastboot mode. Unfortunately on windows 10 that seems to require to install some drivers first as described in FP3+ no USB conection via fastboot, unlocking bootloader not possible In case you encounter more problems, you can have a look at Howto troubleshoot issues with the easy-installer.
