I upgraded to eOS 2.1 and now my status bar is gone, it shows no icons, no time, no battery, nothing. I have looked at the settings, and the “hide status bar icons” is not set, and under “system icons” it says it should display time and so on. How do I get the status bar back?

Else … did you reboot the device once again already?
Sorry, will remember to post version too next time. I did another reboot and now the status bar appeared. Thanks!

I have that behaviour since I started using Lawnchair 
. It fades away and a gentle swipe, it comes back.
