Swissquote App not working with e/OS

Hello,
I recently switched to e/OS when buying the FP6. I’m having an issue with the swissquote app, not sure if this is the right place to post though.
It looks like swissquote is recognizing e/OS and prevent the app from functioning. I have the error message “Swissquote app does not support this environment. […] Make sure your device is not using a personalized OS (for instance LineageOS,eOS) […]”
When reading this post, it looks like swissquote is running on e/OS though, so I’m not sure what I am missing: [LIST] Banking Apps on /e/OS - Community / Lists - /e/OS community

This is the typical case with a lot of proprietary banking apps. Welcome.

Hello, have you checked if any OTA updates are being proposed for your phone? It looks, like Swissquote should work with /e/OS 3.1.3, for instance.

Thanks for the tip, I’m already on 3.1.3 (-a15-20250905523602-official-FP6)
Found a message from SiDiouS from yesterday, mentionning it’s working for him on 3.1.3, so I’m quite confused.

I updated my old FP3 with the Version 3.1.4 and the Swissquote App. works without any problem.

Have you tried to uninstall the App. and then install it again.

Indeed, I’ve uninstalled multiple times, but without success when I was on 3.1.3.
I tried again this morning because I’m on 3.1.4, and it’s working. Very weird… But solved anyway

It worked as well on Pixel 5, 3.1.4

Same method. You need to uninstall the app and reinstall afterwards.
