Is there a difference in magnitude of support between the different supported devices?

  1. For example, I imagine that a supported smartphone owned by a major developer and a community of users testing each new release will tend to work better than a different model which is owned by next to no active users and which a developer only checks if it builds. Am I right?
  2. And what about time: will every supported model get the same amount of supported time?

When choosing a phone able to run /e/, I would find it very convenient to keep in mind the actual amount of support it could get.

Hi @nickolai there is absolutely no differentiation between devices and support time. The apps are the same on all devices and as such the development team does not / can not/ does not discriminate on the basis of ‘important’ device manufacturers and lesser known models.
