The spam filter in Rainloop gives a lot of false positives. I have missed a lot of important mails because Rainloop thought it was spam (even though i have repeatedly marked the email from the sender as “not spam”). This is quite frustrating. It there a way to turn it off?
can’t find an option - but if you’re comfortable sharing the details, you can write to murena support and show them false positives, maybe they need to fine tune their spam filter
Could you please share “Show Source”, up to “Content-Type” and obfuscating the email addresses?
Also, it will be great value (not obfuscated) if asking help from Support
I am also quite annoyed by the spam handling.
