TWRP on Pixel 5 (upgrade Android 12 to 12.1)

I’ve found out that it is possible to boot TWRP Redfin 3.7 on Pixel 5 with android 12.1. I wasn’t able to do it with /e/ os which seems to be on android 12. Is there a way to upgrade to Android 12.1?
