Unable to make a screenrecording

I use a new Gigaset GS290 and I wanted to make a screenrecording with the native app: org.lineageos.recorder. No way. The message “Recorder keeps stopping” appears.
Other screenrecording app’s gave the same result. Today I wanted to make a video with the “foundation.e.camera” app . This message appears: “Unknown error, video stopped”. Making a picture worked fine.
Perhaps something is wrong with making video’s in /e/?
