yes, the x1s should also work for the S20 4G version

There are also x1slte builds one can find for Samsung S20 4G explicitly for this device on XDA forum. As far as I know x1s should also work

as far as I found 4G is ‘x1slte’,
i found a 1.x ROM of e.os for x1slte

I tried but get a signature error
both with USB sideload and from SD card

meanwhile I had to fix a download loop issue
then I tried again to install from sd card and get this message:
