I have installed @ronnz98’s ROM e-1.19.1-r-20240114-UNOFFICIAL-laurel_sprout.zip twice. First with TWRP-Recovery 3.6.2_9-0, then e-Recovery V.19.1 (= boot.img).
@ronnz98’s ROM*.zip automatically overwrites the TWRP recovery during installation.
But both installation variants work.
e-1.19.1-r-20240114-UNOFFICIAL-laurel_sprout.zip contains a compressed file called payload.bin, which in turn contains this files:
boot (67 MB), system (3.2 GB), vbmeta (8.2 kB), vendor (1.1 GB), dtbo (8.4 MB), modem (117 MB), abl (176 kB), bluetooth (897 kB), cmnlib (397 kB), cmnlib64 (516 kB), devcfg (45 kB), dsp (34 MB), hyp (373 kB), imagefv (209 kB), keymaster (246 kB), qupfw (53 kB), rpm (221 kB), storsec (20 kB), tz (2.0 MB), uefisecapp (131 kB), xbl (3.5 MB), xbl_config (53 kB)
working: /e/ cameras
working: BT, GPS, WLAN
working: 4TG LTE (incoming + outgoing calls)

Can you Update this rom for A3 Laurel Sprout to e/os 2.0 please ?

Unfortunately no, I tried a while age skyblueborb sources for LOS20 and LOS21 but could not build. Maybe I try different sources whe I find some time.

I have tried Syberia OS, Cherish OS, Ancient OS, Spark OS (Android 12 + 13). The ROMs works, but I did not find sources.
