Since 1.20, I use it on my SM-T719.
Everything works wonderful and my tablet is in use again.
I flashed it with TWRP.
Could you please explain, how I can update my tablet to 1.21?

Either via adb sideload in TWRP or via TWRP using SD card.
You can run adb reboot recovery while connected via USB (and USB Debbing enabled) to get easily to recovery mode.

I used the ADB sideload in TWRP without wiping dalvik/cache.
I hope that was o.k.

T817x looks like the T813 but with cell service for various carriers. Unfortunately it seem like no one has had success flashing alternative roms onto it. :{

Did you try T810 ROM? gts210wifi= SM-T810
t810 twrp & rom worked for me is stated in this XDA forum entry
I dont see how a T810 ROM could work. The T810 uses the Exynos chipset; the T817 uses the Qualcomm chipset.

I am going to try to install your latest gts210ltexx build on my SM-T817W currently running latest stock firmware (Android 7)…
It is the Canadian variant, with Exynos 5433 SoC.
Droid Info identifies the build fingerprint as “samsung/gts210ltevl/gts210ltecan:7.0/NRD90M/T817WVLU3CQE4:user/release-keys” , in case all that means anything to you.
Several questions:
Which Android version is your build?
Does your build have G-Apps built into it?

There are two SoC variants of the T817. The 2015 variant gts210ltexx has Exynos 5433 SoC. The 2016 variant gts210velte has a SnapDragon SoC.
