Hmmm, I’ve never seen Android 10 version for S5 mini, in fact people on xda claim that it is impossible to get it running on this hardware.
I will give it a try.

Hello @ronnz98 ,
So i tested the three builds and :
e-0.21 is stuck at the boot screen
e-0.23 and 1.17 bootloops both

What about:
e-0.21-o-20241107-UNOFFICIAL-kminilte.zip
or
e-0.23-p-20240116-UNOFFICIAL-kminilte.zip
I think for these I used same sources as here:
I have build a Pi/e/ ROM for the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini - (G800F/G800M/G800Y) “Kminilte” , not for the G800H .
Before you proceed with the flashing and testing please read the warning given below very carefully
Please note this is a test build.
Please take a backup of your data before your proceed.
Coming from previous Android Versions i suggest you do a clean flash ( wipe system, data and cache)
Please report if you encounter bugs.
If you are Ok with these warnings then you can download the…
Just check you take the correct TWRP version, look in thread above

i have used e-0.9-p-20200606-UNOFFICIAL-kminilte.zip from @Chimpthepimp in the past and it worked…
it was still stored on my PC, i just uploaded it right now…in case.
TWRP 3.3.1-0 was working for the pie build on this device,
and also for R builds on the Galaxy S4, so have a try using it here, even for the 1.17-q build.
latest (probably buided by a bot) is not always the least, and can be the cause of your failure !
Hello guys @ronnz98 ,
I did my test with TWRP 3.6.0_9 (the latest), my bad.
So i retried with the TWRP @piero send and here are the results :
e-0.21-o-20250115 , e-0.23-p-20250115, e-1.17-q-20250115 (the 3 builds of this topic) doesn’t work (bootloop or return automatically to recovery)
For e-0.21-o-20250115 there is a strange behavior, see the screenshots (yup it was a video but the website doesn’t allow video)
I tried to wait like you said in this post

One more trick you can try is to flash the boot.img included into the 0.9-p.zip build over an already flashed 0.23-p
With TWRP or odin ? Do you mean i extract the boot.img from 0.9 and flash it alone after flashing 0.23 ?

Yes, flash 0.23-p using TWRP, then try a normal boot or reboot to recovery and flash the 0.9-p boot.img using TWRP (you will need to select “install image” instead of “install a .zip”)
Ok i tried it with both build of 0.23-p + 0.21-o (115 ) and it didn’t work
