Update from /e/OS 1.17-s-20231109350748-stable-FP3?

I haven’t updated the OS on my Fairphone 3 since last year and today I checked for updates and it says “You are running the latest /e/OS version” as shown in the attached screenshot. Surely that can’t be right.

Is it possible to update the OS on my phone without having to install everything again? Thanks

Hi @notacat welcome to the /e/ forum.

You could first try Issues with the Updater and a solution – be sure to correctly reboot the phone after (even by removal of battery if unsure).

You should backup essentials before any intervention.

To bring the phone up to date will involve Android version upgrade to Android 13 (T).
