System upgrade hasn’t been such a struggle so far: errors and download stops after every few download packages (FP4 + murena tablet). It took hours to dowload (Germany, 2026-01-22/23). Time has come to extend your capacities - at least during upgrade times. Regards.
I’ve updated on the 23rd January, the new version 3.4 from the previous 3.3 & on reboot my screen doesn’t want to respond to my fingers.
The issue is that my smartphone Teracube2e is not functional at all…
I’ve written an email to the support & asked to be contacted urgently the same morning of the 23rd.
Except an automatic email returned, no technician has called me on my phone to resolve this amazing issue that struggles me.
I think we should remember that demanding things from non-profit and libre developers and communities is a very morally dubious endeavour.

No I can’t, because of the tactile screen not functioning…
Have had a reply from support & told Shenol that if a cable connected to a PC, it may be possible to enter the phone’s settings to look what’s wrong.
I don’t have the precise cable & I don’t think I could do this job properly…
Right, even if booting into the recovery mode can be done using physical buttons, and command to overwrite the system have to be launch from the PC, you must have allowed USB debugging prior in the phone settings (that need touch-screen)
By the way, I’ve been able to initiate the recovery via the physical button, but nothing change about the screen not accepting the touch of the finger.
I may not have allowed prior to this actual matter, the possibility to have USB debugging in the settings !

Following the issue, Shenol and the developers couldn’t find a solution !
So, the only instructions that were given to me by Shenol, was to Factory reset.
After Factory reset, the issue of the tactile screen out of order persist.
I now have asked to initiate the 4 years warranty for this smartphone !
Now I’m waiting…
check bootloader status by copy this command, paste it into the terminal and press enter :
fastboot oem device-info
fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability
I can’t get access into the phone via USB cable and the PC, because I may not have given that access in settings of the phone.
So I haven’t been able to follow your instructions, thanks anyway !
Actually Murena as gone through the process of taking the phone for repair in the days to come…
