Urban Sports Club not showing venues, not booking a class

Dear /e/OS community,

since about half a year, I have a problem with the Urban Sports Club app. It just doesn’t show any venues on my map. This problem appears on my Fairphone 5 v2.9-t and Fairphone 3 1.20. I don’t see any venues on the map, and after finding a venue in my history, I can’t click the button to log in. I’ve tried turning off my VPN and extended privacy in my phone’s settings to no avail. The closed thread from 2020 doesn’t provide a solution for me: Urban Sport Club APP keeps crashing

Does this work for any of you? Any ideas on why to try? I’m about to cancel my subscription at USC because I just can’t use it.

that crash was probably a separate thing since resolved (but not closed). I guess you’d need to capture a new logcat while running the app, collect the logs and post to a new microg issue.

I have the same issue now. No venues, no logging into activities. Has there been any updates?

/e/OS v3.1.1

I solved the issue by downgrading USC to version 5.7.2 (9614).

I had to do that on another, rooted phone.
