Since the update 0.17n for athene (Moto G4) the microG EN are disabled. App-update isn’t possible. The Apk from this chat doesn’t work (Paket beschädigt) microg services core 0.2.19.211525-132 seems to be up to date

Result: “App wurde nicht installiert. Das Paket steht in Konflikt mit einem bestehende Paket mit demselben Namen.” I see no way to uninstall the App within 0.17n.
