This is the 3rd day useing e/os, but in run tona problem the vibaration is not working anymore no feedback whem typing or when i got a message or call, when i rebooted the phone i felt a bzzz so its working but i really cant find out i tryed alot allready but maby its a e/os thing i dont know a setting soms were i looked over? Please help!

Its a fp6 but its nog even weak its not there anymore!? xD
So did you try Redirect vibration as that link?
Fairphone 6 doesn't vibrate or do haptics (except for on boot)
