Maybe it is becouse you have wrong system date. 1.1.1970 is wrong.
It looks like a very general issue, starlte and dubai are unable update due to the interrupts and connection timeouts.

It looks like servers are overloaded. I have spent hours to download updates for beyond2lte and pdx215. It doesnât seem to that specific to affect specific builds

that date is shown if you deleted the updater data and cache.
