Main problem from throttling is PHONE CALLS IN AND OUT. Texting is fine, email is fine, cannot use phone for…phone calling. WiFi shows many options ,on trip, hotel has WiFi in chain and I sign in each night. All along WiFi innerds show WiFi throttled. How do I undo?
It will be under the control of the hotel. There is nothing you can do.

Does the hotel chain offer other paid for “entertainment channels”? Perhaps they hope guests will purchase this then Wi-Fi would run better. (??)
