App "not supported" on FP5

I just got a FP5 running /e/ and having some trouble setting up my apps. Many of them aren’t loading in the App Lounge (discussed in this thread) and I’ve managed to get around that by spoofing a different model in Aurora as suggested, which has enabled me to download and install them from there. However that didn’t work for the Zoom app; I managed to download and install it, but when I tried to open it it said “We are sorry that this device is not supported”.

Are there any workarounds for this? Preferably something a non-techie could implement? Not the end of the world since I’ve been able to get the app working on my other /e/ device just fine, but a bit inconvenient if it won’t work on the device I’d rather use it on.

There is another thread where you might record this Third party applications that are not working with /e/OS. And / or adding to the link you quoted and / or the associated Gitlab issue App Lounge cannot show or install many "common" apps (#8738) · Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab
