I have the same problem as described here I can't create a GitLab account but apparently the helpdesk@e.mail mail is dead. How do I create a gitlab account?
Did you try to use your /e/ e-mail address for registration. I think that should work.
I’m in the same boat.
I thought about creating a murena email account just for this but is not allowing new accounts apparently.

I’m also in the same boat, trying to somehow get access to the gitlab.
Here users are guided to contact the helpdesk as well for registering using an email that is not in “certain known domains”. I couldn’t find the list of domains anywhere.
You would think that a Murena account would be in the list of allowed domains, but it seems that registration for a Murena account is dead.
And if the helpdesk email is dead as well, there doesn’t seem to be any way that a new user can access the GitLab account.
