I came across a problem that was not described in the tutorial
…
A file called vbmeta.tar must also be downloaded and moved into the CP tab of Odin

/e/OS S10 compatibly (SM-G973F vs SM-G973F/DS)

Your device is supported, don’t forget the network connexion when unlocking the bootloader, don’t forget the vbmeta step, be precise with finger timing when rebooting from dow’load mode to recovery mode for the first time… Some illustrations here

For recent device you need to download the vbmeta file to disable encryption, it is retrievable aside TWRP file on their website

For recent devices only (s8 and newer), Click on “CP”, then select the vbmeta file in .tar format previously downloaded.
