Fairphone 4 e-os Version 3.3 camera app does not start. After complete Reset still same problem.

Hello, i made a coplete reset of the phone, then started camera app, it closes immediately. Deleting cache / storage : same behavior as before.

Perhaps a hardware problem contacts/defective. Try Open Camera from f-droid or murena app store

I use the same device (FP4 in 3.3 offical). No problems.

Did you try the native app?

I installed open camera from murena app store and it works. The e-os camera still does not work. The System QR- Scanner also does not work brcause it is linked to the System Camera App.

I reinstalled the eos with the web USB installer from murena. Still the same behaviour of the system camera app. open camera works, system camera stopps immediately after starting.

I disconnected and connected again the connectors of the camera. no change, same behaviour as before.
