Since the update to 2.4, and continuing with 2.4.1, battery life has become much shorter (< 12 hrs).

Since about the update to 2.4 (possibly not related), the phone often stops responding to touches a few seconds after unlocking. Turning off the screen and locking with the power button, then turning the screen back on and unlocking, resolves the issue. This happens quite frequently.

This issue (unrelated to the upgrade) is still unresolved. I managed to get the notifications to stop, but only at the price of being unable to sync with the cloud, limiting me to only local contacts and calendar.

The issue concern the Calendar app.

Ir worked fine before

Edit: A 2nd reboot fixed it

Touch screen seems less responsive than in the past. Keyboard won’t pop up, rebooting the phone will fix that though. Phone seems slower in general

Hi, i have switched 1 week ago as becwuse niw we have the fairphone camera app. Thanks.

I also use Nextcloud for contacts and calender which works great (was broken in 2.3).

To me ecerything works fine.

I would think this is probably not recovered yet from the server outage (although yesterday’s update here suggests the images and OTA updates should be back: Update on murena.io service outage)

I thought the same thing, and it’s true other images have come back,e.g FP3, starlte, but as I know dreamlte is a bit of an outlier still being on R, I thought I’d punt a question in.

Update completed within 40 minutes with no issues.

Initial testing of basic functions & apps shows these appearing to be working fine: wi-fi, mobile data, bluetooth, GPS, phone, message, mail, browser (except for known missing password issue), camera, app lounge (common apps) and various other apps.

Will it be possible to upgrade directly from version 2.4 to 2.5?
A 1.6GB update just for a number change is a lot…
