I was offered the update yesterday, but didn’t apply it at the time. When I tried the updater today, it couldn’t find the update (I checked for the update manually a numer of times). Only after a reboot did the update appear again.
Previous downloads and updates were terribly slow, but this one only took a few minutes

Upgrade went ok
Issues :
Bliss is crashing when I search an installed app
Apn was wrong for sms, I changed mnc to 10 and it’s ok now
Had to reinstall SNCF app
Update via sideload (after recovery-update and wipe) worked - except for a signature verification failed. But so far everything is working.
What is really annoying, however, is the volume during phone calls. It is far too loud. The volume control is set to minimum. I have also tested it with headphones. Also far too loud. Is there a setting that I have missed?
I noticed this time and again as well (actually for a long time). However, I vaguely believe I recently noticed that it made a difference whether I (tried to) change the volume with the physical buttons or the volume slider on the screen. While the physical buttons did not achieve a volume reduction (even though the volume slider showed a reduction), changing the volume directly on the slider did work. Not an ideal solution, but at least a workaround is better than no relief at all.
I’m not 100 % sure anymore, but you might want to give it a try next time when you encounter this problem.
Just tested it again. Using both the physical buttons and the sliders… unfortunately it makes no difference. In other words, the adjustment works, but I can’t achieve a volume that doesn’t fill half the room with sound.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that the sound itself seems a bit overdriven.
Sorry @Manoj but there is still no release 2.6.3 for the stable version of the Oneplus nord avicii. Has it failed again, can we expect better news for the next version ? Thanks.
A quick follow-up: rebooted my FP4 and now I can hear callers on Signal, on FP4’s speakers.
From logcat contents it looks like that there were issues with the audio system during every call attempt.
A reboot of the smartphone made everything works…
So an advice for FP4 users: after the reboot and install of 2.6.3, maybe a second reboot would be a good idea
The official / stable OnePlus Nord avicii build could not be released along with v2.6.3 due to an issue with the recovery. The team is working on a resolution for the problem. Will share an ETA once I get it from the team.

Upgraded with a full wipe of the phone, but banking applications do not work.
Very disappointed.
the only issue observed is with sending sms (mms works when mobile data is enabled, receiving sms works) don’t know if this is related to v2.6.3-u or to 3G/4G

Until now all ok.
My biggest issue with e/Os until now is that when I cross the border to a neighboring country Internet is cut out. I tried all settings possible, but no connection possible.
In any other country than my own I have to rely on Wifi instead of 4G / 5G…
This issue exist already since I started using e/os… I travel 6 to 8 times a year to other EU countries, and this is getting very annoying…
Any suggestion to solve this is appreciated…

After the upgrade Several App icons on the main screen disappeared. These were located in 2 different folders. These are nowhere to be found again.
for Samsung Galaxy S10 (beyond1lte) SM-G973F(DS) sms-issue turned out to be related to 4G, because when changing SIM ‘Preferred network type’ from 4G to 3G, the sms send starts working.
