Iām not sure itās related to 3.1.1 ?
I have this problem since a long time
I didnāt take time to check if thereās an open issue about that, but I might open one as it is pretty annoying to put the settings back every time.
My physical keyboard layout is now permanently overridden to German. No matter ehat I set it to, it gets overridden. I even re-paired the keyboard: nothing.

Update by mean of OTA. Everythink OK so far, for both devices.
The three button mode (on tablet with A15) have been clearly enhanced, and it is very much appreciated, because Iām not a great fan of gesture mode.
Good work eOS dev team.
Hello, Iāve been experiencing a large decrease in battery life on my Fairphone 6 since installing /e/os 3.1. Before the update I got around 25 hours of use from a full charge bit now I barely get 12. Had anyone else experienced this? Thereās been no other changes with the phone that would explain such a decrease.
There has been battery drain on the FP6 reported here (and some more further on there):
So far the reports there were on 3.1.2. Are you on 3.1.2 or 3.1.3?
(There has been more than one 3.1 version for the FP6 within a few days or even hours).

As mentioned by others, the camera app keeps crashing if one zooms in and out a few times and also the 50MP image quality is reset to 12MP whenever the app restarts.
Further, I am still having the issue of alarms not working when connected to any bluetooth device
Indeed, bluetooth is not yet fully operational on the FP6 running /e/. (No voice calls in cars, some pairings disappear on their own, etc.) If you wish, please feel free to to create a Gitlab ticket to assist the developers. (First, check whether there is already an open ticket for this issue.)
@kilou So, I did the update to 3.1.3 as it fixed the slider service not crashing issue, and suddenly my battery life restored to what it was before.
If the service kept on failing to start, it makes sense that it would obliterate battery.
Iām back to about 2% over 8h idle period. Yay!
@Manoj Thanks for the rapid resolution of issues on the FP6 build! Please pass on my thanks to the team.
The issue is fixed also on my device. However, strangely, when still on v3.1.2, uninstalling pick to wake already solved the battery drain for me (and reinstalling it back afterwards restarted the massive drain). Now that Iām on v3.1.3, I could reinstall pick to wake and have no battery drain to complain about. Great work from the team indeed. And it seems we are about to see v3.1.4 coming in soon.
