Thanks.
I uninstalled all apps and reinstalled them mostly with aurora store and it’s working.
Maybe App Lounge was faulty.

How moch storage does the OS on your FP5 with 3.2 use?
The Updater in e/OS/ suggests updating to 3.2 from 3.1.4. Tried twice, where the download takes about 40 minutes only to end with “Verification failed”. Would anyone happen to know what this is about? I have about 20Gb storage free and the update is 1,7 Gb.

Have you already tried deleting data and cache of system-updater-app?
This I have not tried, will give it a go, thanks!
EDIT: Um.. how do I do that?
Go to device settings - apps - all apps - show system apps (3dot menu in upper right corner) - find and choose updater - storage+cache - delete both
Got it, many thanks!

I noticed the screenshot shortcut (volume down + power) in the settings menu is not functional. That is the shortcut is still active when the menu entry is off. Is it me, or all fp6 or all e/ 3.2?
Also I could not figure out how to reprogram the fp6 side switch (“fp6 moments“).
The fairphone camera app is a real bonus!
Thanks to the whole team!
Many people have been waiting for this update so now started downloaded it, servers may be overloaded. You need to wait patiently ![]()
Hey @jarastartalek
I once looked in the settings of the camera APP there is 4000 x 3000 (4:3, 12MP) the highest resolution and at Video 4K 3840x2160 (16:9, 8,29MP).
It’s nothing about 48MP.
Wide angle and macro recording is nothing to see.
If I took a very close photo then it works and is sharp.
But I think it’s only a lens of the 3.
Did it behave diffrently on the version you had before?
I thought exactly the same but realized when reading the text of the setting that its and different style of screenshot…
I make screenshots almot everytime I try to lock the phone ![]()

It’s now clear to me that /e/OS cannot manage multiple cameras on several Xiaomi phone models. The developers need to fix this definitively, or, as I mentioned, indicate clearly if it’s impossible for any reason.
Hi, for screenshots, on my FP6 it works as before on 3.2, so the update might not be the cause.
For the switch, it’s in “System” settings. It seems that it’s not possible to find it with the search yet.
EDIT: “moments” are not available on /e/OS. Murena made a custom app that since 3.2 gives a few options, but it’s not the same.
As you asked, after the upgrade to e/OS 3.2, in my FP5 Android 15 uses 26G, temporary system files 3.2G according to Settings → Storage.
Two phones:
Successfully updated to v3.2. Everything works as previous.
My question is, why S7 didn’t get Android 13? This update had the same kernel, and the same security updates as previous, so what’s the point of it?
And why Pixel 5 didn’t get Android 14 update?
I can be a tester for the Android 13 on S7, and I contributed to community build as a tester previously, and it installs, so it’s possible.
For the screenshots, that could well have been the same previously. I must admit I only found the option to turn the shortcut off while searching for the option to change the side switch associated function.
I also find the behaviour annoying!
Fairphone FP5, not rooted
Version of /e/OS or Stock which existed previously: 3.1.4 A13 official
Download was sloooow.
Upgrade was smooth and fast.
Surprisingly, got the upgrade from A13 →A15
No issues so far, allways-on-display finally works, charge limit seem to work (haven’t hit the limit yet), no issues with banking apps, yet.
Thanks Murena, for the upgrade.
In the new Fairphone camera app, where do you set the resolution??
Be aware of this, but with current used OS storage and your 20 GB it should be fine.
@JerryM Thanx for the reply
