I installed the official 2.9t version on the FP5 with the bootloader locked.
The problem is that when I activate the screen at 90 Hz, it works fine, but as soon as I lock and unlock the phone, it doesn’t reactivate the 90 Hz. In fact, it works much worse than at 60 Hz, with lots of stuttering and not being fluid.
It’s a shame not to be able to use the 90 Hz. I’ve been looking for information on the forum, and I’m not alone, there are others with the same issue.
Does the Murena team plan to fix the problem? I updated from version 2.8 to 2.9, but the problem persists.
On these forums where people had the same issue, they mentioned that it did work in one update, but it got broken again in later updates.
According to my reply in the feedback thread, it is or will be in the agenda for future updates.
But I can’t say what the technical reasons for this broken feature are. Sadly it’s now longer broken for me than working after purchase of the phone… Well, hopefully it will now geht a bit of attention. And it can’t be that hard tobfix as it was fixed temporarily.
