I am done. eOS is 2.3 running.
Basically the 3 step post of @piero was mostly what I needed.

But the driver problem… What solved it was doing, what I’ve read only in the guide of the easy installer. Doing the update over the windows updater: Windows-button>settings>windows updater>optional updates>show all>MediaTek - Other hardware - Android ADB Interface.
(possibly this was meant in some posts earlier but I tried it only from the device manager which didnt worked)

I’ve used the SP Flash tools of version 30.0.5 because the session was already opened after my last tests so the latest version could have worked as well.
