Don’t know if this is the right section for this but:
I use home screen shortcuts for several sites but after reboot they’re all gone, so i have to create them again every time.
Happens with e-browser, brave and duck duck.
Is there a setting for this somewhere ?

Sometimes Bliss launcher stops working well with “user organisation” like shortcuts and folders. If you use much such organisation Bliss may not be best choice.
Alternatively the following would remove all user organisation and return to default alphabetical . Now a few shortcuts may save more successfully.
Settings > Apps > All apps > Bliss launcher > Storage and cache > Clear storage.

Despite of its shortcomings the Bliss launcher works for me.
