How do I upgrade from Android version 9 to a higher major version?
My version now is:
/e/OS 0.23-20220406176461
Android 9
6 april 2022 (last update)
I can’t find a manual to do this.
Please, Is there anyone with a little bit more experience than I have?

(You have a Fairphone 3? assuming yes …)
You will really need to treat this as a new install, to include Format data. So backing up essentials is a prerequisite.
You could consider one of these:
